The other person voting in the primary while Pooteewheet and I were there tonight - it was pretty sparse at 7:00 p.m. - noted that the division of voter registration into A-L and M-Z might be violating neutrality rules.
The primary volunteer immediately responded, "No, no...the sign has a space."
I think A-L might find that humorous.
Very few people voting in Precinct 16 too :(
