If you're in Bloomington (MN) and see that car driving around with the 88 on the side by the mall (with Best Buy) and Home Depot, keep in mind that owner isn't a fan of Lindsey Lohan's remake of (Herbie) The Lovebug, rather he's drawing your attention to the 8th letter of the alphabet twice, HH...as in Heil Hitler.
