MNSpeak alerted me to a new feature of Netflix, Local Favorites (you have to be a Netflix member to use this link). I followed it to the Eagan, Minnesota, list of favorites, and I'm pretty sure it's either implying my area is a little filmatically schizophrenic or conservatives really like The Gilmore Girls (I believe one of the stars of the Gilmore Girls, Lauren Graham, was in News Radio, so maybe conservatives really like Lauren Graham - if so, they should stay away from Mean Santa as she's extremely foul-mouthed in that film.
1. Michael Moore Hates America
2. Superman: The Movie
3. Gilmore Girls: Season 2 (6-Disc Series)
4. Newsradio: Seasons 1 and 2 (3-Disc Series)
5. Saturday Night Live: The Best of Will Ferrell
6. Gilmore Girls: Season 1 (6-Disc Series)
Fortunately, it looks as though when I left Monticello, I escaped a cultural wasteland. I'll give them Pooh's Heffalump Movie, even though I haven't seen it yet, but those top four - ouch!
1. Garfield: The Movie
2. Son of the Mask
3. Racing Stripes
4. Are We There Yet?
5. Pooh's Heffalump Movie
6. Blade 2
7. Get Shorty
8. White Noise
9. Boogeyman
10. Taxi
11. Elektra
12. National Treasure
13. I, Robot
14. Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events
15. Fat Albert

Hmm. Doesn't Bosshardt live in Eagan?
We should celebrate every day that we no longer live in Monti. I don't know how my parents stand it - maybe they simply aren't around enough, they take off for the cabin or AZ before their heads explode.
Hmmm, what's Jen watching when you are at work? Perhaps she is a closet Gilmore Girls fan and you didn't know it. She did become a Buffy fan after Eryn was born....
I'm pretty sure Jen watches Dora Disk 1, 2, 3 and 4 and Monsters Inc. when I'm not around. Just a guess...
