The Lyttle Lytton contest has announced its winners for 2004. In case you're not familiar with it, it is the shorter version of the Bulwer-Lytton Fiction Contest, which encourages entrants to pen the worst opening lines for a novel. They have a politics category which is incredibly funny. I preferred the runner up and it's homage to Marvin.
